Andrew Ludwig

Ludwig rejoined PPL in August 2017 from Talen Energy Corporation, where he served as the head of investor relations for three years, developed the company’s global investor relations program, and led strategic communications for financing and merger and acquisition activities.

Prior to that, Ludwig had supported PPL investor relations since the corporation’s acquisition of Louisville Gas and Electric Company and Kentucky Utilities Company in 2010. This support continued through PPL’s $6.5 billion acquisition of additional assets in the United Kingdom in 2011.

He first joined PPL in 2005 and advanced through several PPL business lines, including its global and competitive supply operations.

He has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Muhlenberg College and is a member of the institution’s Board of Associates.

Ludwig serves on the Impact Council Committee of the United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley, which oversees the organization’s investment strategies, assesses the impact its programs have on the community, and provides guidance to ensure optimum alignment with the organization’s impact goals.
